Electronical Instruments sold on Health Energy include a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return form for the product. Herbal products and supplements are NOT included in satisfaction guarantee. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed for indigestible products.

If products are returned a $350.00 RE-STOCKING fee will be charged. All returns must be in new, undamaged condition and must include all accessories, manuals, and paperwork.

Everything must be in original packaging, and returned via insured, tracking delivery. You must pay for shipping the item back to our factory and any additional costs that vary on the customers end. Health Energy Online will not reimburse any returned product fee's or charges on behalf of the customer.

Shipping Policy
For electronic equipment it usually ships after 10 day, meaning your order will be shipped after the contingency to stock and working hours and/or if it is available from our manufacturers and/or fulfillment centers located near the 48 continental US states. Currently our manufacturers and fulfillment centers complete 99% of your orders daily. Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii require addition charges which will be emailed to you after checkout. Order tracking number will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of item processed for shipping. International shipping and delivery will vary in price and time depending on country and region and your local customs.
